getNotaREID consists of commissioned Notary Publics for the state of Missouri.  We are loan signing agents, trained and certified by the National Notary Association (NNA); insured, licensed, bonded and background screened through the NNA and approved to conduct notarizations remotely/online.  In addition, we have obtained additional training to properly conduct I-9 verifications, Apostilles, and fingerprinting. We stay up to date with training and industry trends.

We provide mobile notary services in St. Louis City/County and St. Charles County.  We will also provide services in neighboring counties upon request.  We are mobile.  That means we come to you when you need us.  We are available when others are not and specialize in providing services during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Call or text your local notary public today!  We will make all of the arrangements over the phone and meet at a location that is convenient to you.  All signers must be present with a government issued ID that is current and unexpired.  As well, all signers must be mentally competent.  If your document requires a witness, they must also be present with valid ID.   DO NOT not sign your documents before the notary arrives.
